Trans Day of Remembrance Week are days when we remember our trans siblings who have made a mark on the world — even if only by showing up — and who are no longer with us. It is also a day to honor the trailblazers whose shoulders we now stand on, those who fought to create the laws and protections that allow us to be who we are today, to show up as we do, and to have the freedom to honor them because of the work they did before us.
